Maison XI is excited to announce an exclusive opportunity to tour one of our most outstanding new homes in McLean VA. The home showcases what can be achieved in a custom design paired with the highest levels of architectural craftsmanship.
This elegant and welcoming home was designed for a multigenerational family who will be moving in later this year. Meanwhile, we’re accepting limited private tours to introduce the Maison XI brand.
Throughout the home, clean modern lines complement old-world charm. The thoughtful design and practical floor plan will allow two families to share the home comfortably. Each family will have private spaces, while the common areas are large enough for everyone to gather, mingle and entertain guests. There’s plenty of space for seating in the kitchen and adjacent family room, as well as in the dining areas and outdoor spaces.
For the grandparents, we’ve designed a spacious and elegant owners’ suite on the main level. A zero-entry shower allows for accessibility and successful aging in place, including the use of wheelchairs if they’re ever needed. The home also has a residential elevator to make it easier for the family to access all levels of the three-story home.
While the grandparents have easy access to the first-floor living spaces, the younger generation has their own living area in the upstairs loft. This gives them personal space to relax while preserving the quiet serenity of the first floor for the older family members. Both families are able to interact and live together while maintaining separate spaces for privacy and down time.
Many hours of thought and discussion went into the planning of this superb home. The family intends to stay here for a long time. We’ve made sure that the home will remain convenient and adaptable as the family grows and changes through the years.
We’re very proud of this home and the design and craftsmanship that went into it. We’d love to show you the home in person so you can fully appreciate the seamless blend of practicality, beauty and luxury. Although this particular home is not for sale, it’s a great example of the type of home we can build for you in northern VA.
