Initial consultation
In our first meeting, we’ll ask you what you want in your new home. To get the full picture, we’ll ask a variety of questions such as how many people will live there, what your daily routine is like and what kind of lifestyle you envision for yourself and your family. Your answers will help us shape the preliminary design for your home.
Preliminary design
Once we have a good idea of what you want and need in your home, we work with you to sketch out ideas. Then we refine them into a floor plan for the interior layout and elevations for the exterior.
Final design
Based on your feedback, we tweak the design until it’s exactly what you want inside and out.
Finish details
In a design consultation, we help you choose the curated details that will personalize your home and bring it to life. You get to pick your cabinets, paint colors, flooring, siding, lighting, hardware and all the other exciting details that set the style for your home.
Construction
Once permits and financing have been secured, the building process begins! We’ll keep you updated along the way. You’ll have opportunities to visit the site and see the progress for yourself.
Completion
When the home is complete, we walk you through it one more time for an orientation. Then we meet you at the closing, where your brand new custom home becomes all yours!
